hi

i have implemented a NAC solution by a company called insightix

the implementation was VERY easy.

after a couple of hours i had a dashboard of all my network elements with hostnames, OS's services abnormal activity and of course the ability to authenticate machines based on their MAC addresses.

this system is very flexible and easy to manage.
