It's a demo. If you like it and you want to use it after the 30 days trial period, you'll have to pay for it.

When you download Nero 7.5 you download the full version. When you install it , you are asked for a key. The key determines which parts of the programm will be available to you (for example you can have a key that activates only Nero Burining ROM but not Nero Burn Rights). If you install it without any key then its a demo version.
