Needing money quickly

I have bad credit so I can't get a loan. I tried googling bad credit personal loans and can't seem to find anything. I haven't been with my bank that long, and I don't have anyone that is willing to co-sign or lend me money. I need to come up with about $3000-$4000 to pay off insurex.inc with my current pending case in court so they can just dismiss it. Anyone have any suggestions? I've been at my current job for three years..

Please, oh please don't get a so-called "payday loan". They are advertised specifically for folks with bad credit; the organizations that push these loans are "predatory lenders". You'll never pay off the loan because the interest and other handling fees are just astronomical. They will empty out your checking account in the blink of an eye. Beter to find someone willing to give you a personal loan through your family or friends...
