Needing donations and Help for A Back to School Event in August 2008

I am in charge of securing free donations  ie, lanyard beads, modeling clay, cutout foam  etc for the children's Activity Tables for a Back to school event being held in NYC, Manhattan the middle part of August 2008 at a famous and large venue outdoors.  I also need to find someone or a group of people, ie restaurants, cooking schools, etc willing to donate food they would cook for this event again for free(hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, cotton candy or the machines, ice cream, supplies, etc.  I am also looking for free donations of backpacks and school supplies to hand out on the day of the event.  Is there anyone out there that can help me or provide me with some solutions..  I have been researching the internet but to no avail.  Also need a clown and a balloon artist for free.  Do not have a buget and will not be receiving one. Expecting over 5, 000 people Children included to attend, probably more!  Thanking you in advance for your kind cooperation in this matter!
