You can't lose 10 lbs the safe way quickly. If you do want to lose the 10 lbs safely start small such as replacing your sweets with fruit. They are just as sweet without all the calories and fat. But, be careful you don't over do it on the fruit because fruit also has alot of sugar. Also, start by walking 2-3 times a week for just 30 mins and use hand weights 2-3 times a week for 30 mins. Always start small and work your way up. After about a week or so start walking longer and incorporate more protein, fiber, and lean meat into your diet. Try to eat lean meats, such as chicken and fish. Also, eat lots of veggies (non-starchy such as corn, potatoes) they are packed with vitamins. Salads are also good if you use a low-fat dressing. The most important thing though is to drink LOTS AND LOTS of water because this will cleanse your body and make you look and feel better. Hope this helps!!!
