Needed badly to loose some weight.........

how can i lose 10 lb fast ? i have been unable to stop eating sweets specially and i eat till they make me sick.........i have always had control........now i have a party comming up and i need to lose 10lbs fast..................please help........yes i have been eating to much as i had a lot of worries............

Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.

Losing weight and keeping it off is a lifestyle change, not a temporary diet. If you are looking to make the change, I'd suggest reading a great article called Lifestyle Changes, Not Diets, Are Key To Losing Weight that was published on Medical News Today. I think it really sums up the important aspects that most people need to change to successfully lose weight and keep it off. The three points I spend extra time focusing on are portion control, drinking lots of water and making exercise a part of my daily routine (even if it means taking the stairs instead of the elevator or parking my car further from the entrance of a store/restaurant).

You can't lose 10 lbs the safe way quickly.  If you do want to lose the 10 lbs safely start small such as replacing your sweets with fruit.  They are just as sweet without all the calories and fat.  But, be careful you don't over do it on the fruit because fruit also has alot of sugar.  Also, start by walking 2-3 times a week for just 30 mins and use hand weights 2-3 times a week for 30 mins.  Always start small and work your way up.  After about a week or so start walking longer and incorporate more protein, fiber, and lean meat into your diet.  Try to eat lean meats, such as chicken and fish.  Also, eat lots of veggies (non-starchy such as corn, potatoes) they are packed with vitamins.  Salads are also good if you use a low-fat dressing.  The most important thing though is to drink LOTS AND LOTS of water because this will cleanse your body and make you look and feel better.  Hope this helps!!!

Sweets aren't going to make you feel better and you are going to get used to eating that much sugar, making yourself feel better will help you lose weight and help you control worrying about your worries.  Try a little exercise for a release from your worries.

I couldn't get off sweets and was eating them like a maniac. During X-mas I ordered Nutrisystem.. My daughter husband and I used that program to get off the sugar. It helped becuase i have a hard time planning meals, making meals. So it was easY. I lost twenty=three pounds by April. Now I am working hard to keep it off. If you introduce sugar again you have to be so careful.
