Here is a list of foods high in protein and relatrively low in fat: Meat, fish (e.g: Tuna, Salmon), egg whites, cheese (e.g: no fat cottage), soy products (e.g: tofu), TVP, tempeh and other vegetarian products (e.g: seitan), nuts (almonds), grains (e.g: quinoa), beans (e.g: black beans), legumes. A list that will sure give you many ideas to prepare a nice luch to send it in a box).
