Hooked on crochet had an issue from Sept/Oct of 1995 in which there was a cluster stitch hat by Pamela McKee which I have misplaced. I only found the picture. This may be a long shot but is it possible you may still have the magazine on file and directions from that issue. This has been my favorite hat to crochet but I haven't crochted one for a couple of years. I now have two small grandchildren of my own. I would be ever so greatful for your help.
