Need parts for the no ladder pole

www.stnickschoice.com Hi, Last year I bought a 9 ft. No ladder light Hanging Kit. I now see that the V-portion and the wrap 'n Roll Reel are missing and the package did not seem to be opened or tampered with. Item #97301 on the pkg. How do I get these 2 parts for the light pole?? toni carozza@aol.com

I talked to some Ace Hardware dealers and they don't have them and can't order them separately. What do I do next?? AND why are they missing in the first place.

I am 66 years old and didn't think to check it last year when I bought it and I don't recall which store I bought it is either as I was buying several sale items after Christmas 2007.
