hi, i went to court this morning for a modification in child support. he currently pays $250.00 per month and child support enforcement decided he should pay $459.00 per month going by his job he owns his own business and his assets has two new cars owns a 250,000.00 home and just bought or is paying on a 500,000.00 home. well since this was decided by child support enforcement he did not agree and wanted to take it to court. well its been 6 months and we finally has are court date today. unfortunatly they lost his paperwork and wanted him to fill out a new financial form now all the sudden child support dismisses the case with no reason. he wrote on the new financial form he makes around 2100.00 per month. okay so he pays out 535.00 a month in health insurance for his new family there are 4 of the in his new family only 1 of the kids are his. he does not supply health insurance for our childs together cant afford it. he owns his own landscaping business which he said today he sold part of it because it was to much business for him to handle,but then he turns around and says that bussiness has gone down. how it it possible this day of age to make 2100.00 per month his wife makes $80.00 a week pay for groceries gas insurance for 4 people own 2 houses which one of them cost 500,000.00 that you are paying on own a business and have two brand new cars and i am talking lexus not no ford. how can the child support with all his assets even believe that he is only bringing in that much. he is not struggling or he would not have bought that new house around christmas time without selling the one he owned first.
i guess my first question is??? is it possible someone was paid to lose the inforamtion in this case and so the internal revenue closed the case so they would not look dumb or maybe in on it to?
