I wouldn't wanna be in a club that wouldn't let me in...

Maybe it would be a good idea to see a stomach doctor if this continues, so they can give you some good medicine.  But, I would ask your doctor or pharmacist which heart-burn medicine they recommend because I know there are several good ones that are even over-the-counter.  Heart burn is usually an easy thing to treat, but it's good to know everything is OK internally... that's why I'd see the doctor.  Good luck and feel well.

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

I'll give you advise based on my experience:  Find out what causes you heart-burns and simply avoid it (or decrease it to minimum).   You"ll have do it by trail & error.  It is very individual.  I found that I should avoid: fried food, extra fat food, katchup, very spicy food, beans.  Always better to avoid it than treat it....
Best regards,

Night time hearburn has been an issue for me as well.

I talked to my doc about it. Diet can affect heartburn and a few changes can help the severity. It may be a more serious problem such as GERD.

I've used Nexium and Prilosic OTC for heartburn which both work great.

Prilosec is the only over the counter medication which actually prohibits the production of acid.  You'll need to take one a day for prevention and maintainance.  Anti-acid try to deal with acid already made, where prilosec keps your stomach fromk  making it in the first place.

ok do to well known experience you may have one of two things which are acid reflux or it may very well be heart burn either cases you need to stop having greasy things like pizza that is very bad on your digestion another thing is having to much soda having some here and there is ok but if thats all you drink it can also cause these things, another thing is to eat the proper amount to much and you get the heartburn too little and you feel hunger later but you have to basicly whatch what you eat if symptoms persist talk to your doctor for you very well may have acid reflux

Pizza and sushi causes your heartburn. You should reduce it.
