Need help with weird chest pain

How come my heart got juiced after my vagus nerve stimulator got turned up? It felt as if I was having a heart attack, shortness of breath, and vomiting to boot.

Yesterday's gone and Today is going fast, Tomorrow is all we have, Until it to has passed

Because the vagus nerve controls your heart rate. Why was the vagus nerve stimulator turned up? Were you having trouble with bradycardia? Is that why it  was increased? If so talk to your cardiologist and tell him or her that it needs to be decreased, It needs to be fine tuned to get you into a normal sinus rhythm, minus the tachycardias or bradycardias you seem to be experiencing.
