I am sending your question to my friend Skitch, who is an expert on Diabetes.  What I will tell you is that what you are describing right now has to do with your diabetes and not necessarily an eating disorder.  You need to see your doctor and tell him/her about what is going on with you.  When you have straightened that out, then, you can address whether or not you have an eating disorder.

Welcome1,

The more food you eat, the more insulin you must take. It is a nasty cycle.  Do you monitor your blood sugar?  The first thing you have to do is go and see your doctor.  If you are having digestive problems, that could be gastroparesis, and that could mean you have had very high blood glucose levels for a long time. II am not an expert. I was diabetic for 44 years and the one thing I learned, was that nobody is really an expert.  Everyone's body is different.  So, you need to see your doctor and be honest with them, and be willing to FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS!!!

It certainly is important that you follow instructions as mentioned by skitchy. Eating disorder is a psychological disease that goes beyond just food and weight. I think you should immediately take some expert help on this. Refer http://www.eatingdisorder.com/?utm_source=yedda&utm_medium=pv&utm_campaign=homepage and see if it helps. Good luck & Take Care.

Over exercising is one of the symptoms of eating disorders .
It is not necessary that a person affected with diabetes is also suffering from eating disorders. I think you should meet a doctor soon and tell your problem more precisely to him.
