Need help with hot water mixing problem

After installing a new whirlpool electric hot water heater started having mixing problems on all facets ? Turn on several & water gets hot , just 1 gets hot then goes cold to warm  ? Whirlpool says hot water heater ok if getting hot ?

I can't imagine any reason that a water heater would cause mixing problems. Mixing is accomplished at the faucet. The heater has nothing to do with it. All it does is deliver hot water. If you had the problem of running out of hot water quickly then I'd say that the mixing pipe was left out of the cold water inlet fitting in the heater. Good luck!
