Need help with glass dining room table

I have a 9 ft by 4 ft glass dining room table that stands on 4 semicircular glass basses.  All the glass both top and basses are 3/4 inch.  The table is 15 years old and has now begun to shake.  I see that I am missing many of the plastic cushions that seperate the top from the base.  Can I simply get new ones and restabilize the table.  also, where does one find the plastic cushions, they are obviously made specifically for 3/4 inch glass?

Hi there. I'm not a professional so I'd suggest you go to Lowes or Home Depot and ask somewhere there. Good luck!
