A:Even though you have the website contents and domain, you need somewhere to host it - which means renting a server somewhere. Try googling a little to find hosting sites (there's tons of them). Once it's hosted somewhere you will need to use the FTP username and password to login to the website and edit the files. Again, try googling some programs that will allow you to use FTP details.
