I need help with 2 patterns, the instructions are symbols, and at 62, my eyes do not adjust well to dots and lines... Could anyone write down the instructions for me?......One is called Ornate cable with leaf and bobbles, the other is called Celtic vine. Both patterns are from the book The Encyclopidia of Knitting by Lesliey Stanfield & Melody Griffiths. (the book was a gift from my Mother-in-Law, and I would love making an Afghan for her incorporating the 2 patterns.
I have spent many hours on line lookin for help, and when I was about to give up I came upon your site, so here I am hoping you can help me.
