April 2008:Child assaults stepmother&father, moves in with mother, during 1 1/2 yrs time assaults mother, is arrested for burgulary, assaults 2 officers and the principal at her high school.She is now on probation& will be 18 in <5months,still attends highschool, but misssed excessive days last yr & may fail her senior yr due to credit status. Mother & child move out of mothers BF's apt,moves in with new BF. Child's BF also lives with mothers new BF (all 4 now live together) Mother & new BF assault each other, new, now ex,BF kicks her out. Child stays(with her BF). Mother angry child did not go with her, even says reason child stayed is because child is sleeping with mothers now ex BF. Mother calls DYFS to report non custodial parent letting child stay with BF.Child does not want to live with father &Stepmother.Stepmother is fearful of childs violence & diregard to authority.DYFS threatens bench warrent against father if he does not take child out of her BF's apt &into home with him and stepmother. Father & child want emancipation. Please help :-/
