how fast can I get divorced? I want toget married in a couple of months and I am still married. I have not seen nor heard from him in 12 years and have just never gone ahead with the legal process of divorce. What do I do and where do I start??
Dear Crystal, I don't know anything about this, but...I googled quick divorce in (my state) and a bunch of sites came up. You could probably do the same with your state name. I'd advise you to do a little comparison shopping, though, and take notes on the procedure they say you need to go through, and try to get information about the attorney from your state Bar Association, again online.
