Are you needing ideas for breakfast or any meal?  I use sausage (usually Turkey Sausage) in my pasta dishes.  I make cheese ravioli and then add the cooked sausage to the sauce.  Or I have used it in soup recipes also.  Sausage with beans and rice also works well. I can try to dig up a recipe if you are interested in any of these.  As far as breakfast goes... try a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese or crumble or cut some up for a b-fast tortilla with egg, cheese and maybe some salsa or tomatoes and other veggies you like.  Let me know if this helped at all.

Why don't you toy Grilled Andouille Sausage .  There's a video that shows you how to make this on AnswersTV food channel.

Looks scrumptious :)

If you buy a large tin of large white beans, drain them, then add a tin of chopped tomatoes, basil, a squirt of tomato paste, chopped cooked smoked sausage and some stock if you have it, or a cube, you will end up with a  version of "cassoulet". Just simmer the lot for 40 minutes then let it cool down as this dish is 100% better if it is re-heated the next day.
