Try a local Goodwill center, as they likely sell them for almost nothing. You can also try freecycle.org or www.craigslist.org (the free section).

Thrift or second hand shops have many floral offerings at greatly reduced prices, Goodwill & Salvation Army sell lots to choose from, also check out online wholesalers. Yard sales might be another place to look. Keep in mind that many items can be taken apart to get just what you need to create several more items. I do this search with yarn for afghans and more. Lots of bargins to be had!
