Need ceo of volkswagon or manager bay area

I have just bought a volkswagon toureg and the same day had to put it in the shop. Its been two weeks and still no car. Very unhappy and want to email of talk to ceo or general manager of volkswagon. I cant find who that is or the appropriate person to get to. Tried dealer and they are not helpful. If anyone can help me that would be great. Thanks

Since it appears to be near impossible to get contact info to CEO Stefan Jacoby's office at VW U.S., I would email your complaint out to the following people who deal with the investor relations. The last thing they need is bad press! Good luck!
