Need to know what is causing 2007 Subaru Forester ...Noise

Need to know what is causing 2007 Subaru Forester to have a flutter or definite noise of some kind in left front when car is over 40 mph. Noise happens when gas peddle is depressed  for acceleration and stops as soon as foot if off the peddle. Dealer insits "cant' find a thing" yet anyone who drives or rides in my car can hear it. THANKS for any help.

i work in the auto parts field i am not a mechanic it sounds like it could be a sensor of some sort, possibly something up in the dash if it is inside where the noise is coming from.
