Are there any aggressive med malpractice,failure to act,neglect,abandonment, attorneys in MD or surrounding states that will take an out of court settlement case. I will pay all fees if it does not come to fruition, thats how confident I am that this GP of 11 yrs whom told me that he had given up on me, put a port in me and has failed to utilize it or remember that he even wrote the referral to have it put in, he also put me on blood thinners and doesn't remember bc he keeps such poor notes that he has no documentation of prescribing it to me over a year ago. He has never tested my INR to see if I am going to bleed to death and after he yelled at me bc he doesn't have any documents about prescribing it and what for, he wrote me another prescription for coumadin with 5 refills and no coumadin clinic referral. I could go on and on how he has caused so many financial, family relation problems, pain and suffering even for my husband and children, that he would stroke a check out of his pocket. He will not discharge me nor give me my records, all 6 or 7 files because he knows once another physician sees his mismanagement of me and his records, he is a big lawsuit waiting to happen. Any takers or any attorneys that will talk with me about everything that this GP has done, not done, for me?
I am now not able to obtain an out-patient physician/specialist anywhere, even at Johns Hopkins, nor am I allowed to be treated at our only ER in the whole county or the surrounding counties because they state they are not equipped, then tell me they cannot transport me to a tertiary hospital in the city because it would be "dumping". I didn't know I was trash. The hospital HAS transported me to GU and Univ of MD in 2006 for the exact same thing that I am diagnosed with right now but now they send me home to get sicker and die. I almost died in 2006 if I didn't have the surgeries that were performed then and I am much worse now with the same problem. One of the surgeons that operated on me even stated that I will have to have this same surgery again the rest of my life until they come up with a better solution than surgery. I have been denied treatment by many local physicians and specialists and 1 Johns Hopkins surgeon. I had a referral from my GP and a letter from a Gastro physician on what needed to be done and he had his receptionist call me and tell me,"NO" to surgery when I need it now more than ever. They also keep putting me through the same repetitive toxic tests and when they run out of tests so they can bill my 2 PPO insurance companies, and they know the remedy to the problem is surgery, they discharge me and tell me I have to live this way. I cannot live the way that I am as I will die soon with a liver, pancreas and intestines that cannot function and endocrine system failure, because not one of the physicians that I've consulted with will treat the known problem. This is dying not living. I have zero quality of life, I cannot work anymore, my husband cannot work anymore because he has to take care of me because I am not quite qualified for a nurse because I can wipe my butt, but I do need help bathing and getting dressed,etc.. I am only 44 and this problem has been going on since 2002, had emergency surgeries in 2006 which they only fixed the immediate emergency and not the problem starting it, and I am being denied treatment period. Not one of the physicians have told me why as I stated, they all have someone else call me for them to tell me, NO. I have caught them in so many lies that I can prove it is not even funny. I have a whole bedroom of all of my medical tests, surgeries, much coorespondence which is one way -from me to them begging them to help me, clinical notes, etc. I have all of the evidence. I even have tape recordings which the physician, my ex-gp knew he was being taped because I sat the tape recorder on the exam table and he acknowledged it. I could keep going on but I will save the rest for any takers. Guaranteed out of court settlement, or in court settlement. (I did have an attorney from DC write my ex-gp letters when he abandoned my prescription therapy the day that it was due several times and she told him he is setting himself up for a tort case and much more. She is correct, I just need a taker. She cannot take the lawsuit(s) bc she is not licensed in MD. She is a big-time attorney who usually represents physicians that have had their licenses yanked by the DEA for accidentally letting 1 or 2 people that were faking pain slip through the cracks. She represented Hurwitz, Limbaugh also and many other doctors and patients that have been wronged). She states that I have a big case on more than one physician, some others for "circling the wagon", and she does not understand why I have had a problem finding an attorney that will take the case as it is. It is because I am always trying to get appts or communicate with physicians so I can try to save my life, lawsuits come after but I am not far from death.
