I have a new Dell laptop without a CD draw (it just 'sucks' the disk in).  And it has Vista.

PROBLEM - the small CD than came with the dongle only goes part the way in, and it was difficult to get the computer to eject it - it simply isn't big enough for the computer to handle it.   I very lmuch need to use my mobile phone to collect/send emails whilst not at home, and nowhere wireless provision.   There is nothing that |Dell can do about this problem.

Can you help?
