Need Some Technology Assistance Please!

In Need of Some Technology Help!!!  Why is it that when I WANT to see some clips (i.e. A discussion this a.m. about events that occurred on "The View' recently, they are blocked?  Even when I say  "Remove blocks", they show the 'blocked' symbol.  How can I correct this?
