Need Medical Info

I was Born on June 14,1962 at Mercy Hospital-Portland Me. At the time of my Birth I had some major Medical issues that required two Surgerys. One on my stomach and one on my back. I only know that it had something to do with my ability to keep food down. I have been told that it was concidered a life threating issue. Any one who may have some information pertaining to this issue I would appriciate it TREMENDASLY. My Mothers name was Nancy Mansfield and my Fathers name was Howard Mansfield. Thank you....
