Need serious HELP with avatar the last airbender auditions!!!?

hey..i want to say i'm in the same boat!! this is my dream and i need serios help too!! what part are you lookiing at....for me katara...i'm a major feminist so her part is exactly what a need...So please!! anymore people we two need help!!

Hey guys, I'd like to be in the movie also. BUT unfortunately word is going around that you need to have an agent to audition and there are rumours that the movie has already been partially cast. Also, I'm pretty sure this "creative artists agency" email audition is fake. I don't think Kevin Huvane would have a hotmail account for business. Also if you look at the "creative artists agency" website, it looks like it could have been slapped together by anyone.

Which is not good news for us fans without agents. The best thing we can hope for is that they aren't satisfied with the auditions from the actors and actresses with agents and call for open auditions for a few characters. Fingers crossed, but it's a long shot.    

i thought that was fake too..i heard both sides of the agent deal.......i really hope someone figures things out...my fingers are crossed soooo much...this is a dream of mine sooooo bad!

hey..bad news....there is a website for auditions and it IS real...but they are only looking for Aang. I wrote them and the responded by saying all other parts will be experienced actors given by agents...sorry..it crushed my dreams too.....haha maybe i'll send my video in under Aang just so they can see me!!......sry..

Yeah. I only know that they are holding auditions for Aang only to the public. The other characters might need an agent. But, I found this website that shows auditions for Aang, Katara, Sokka and Zuko.

You need to fill out your resume, a pic, and a video.

I'm still not sure if you need an agent. Most likely, if thats what the studio said. And as to what to put on the video, my idea is that you follow the guidlines states in the Aang auditions; state your full name, location, and date of birth.

Then move on to show some skills, if you have any. Its not necessary, in Martial Arts, or anything you feel you need to show.

Then you read a script. There is no script specifically for Katara, Sokka, or Zuko, so what I did was pick some lines from the beginning episodes, that involve the character you want to be having a normal conversation. They want you to speak in your normal voice, as if you are holding a conversation.

I am personally trying actorsaccess, but I'm also trying the Aang audition just so that they could know I exist.

I hope they have auditions for the other leads for the public, but there is a chance they won't.

hey, i was going to do the same thing, with  trying out at the Aang place....i'm just afraid they will get annoyed.....The only problem is with Actoraccess...to start you need to give your last name..i'm kind of hesitant on that...but i think this movie may be worth it...thanks!!
