Necrotizing fascitis lead to septicemia

if the patient has already developed a serious condition of septicemia, what is the outcome?

I am a retired Medical Technologist, from what I have seen this is a very serious issue. I have seen treatment with IV antibiotics be sucessful.God Bless.
