So far as I know, there is none in the Navaho culture. Navaho weren't warriors, you see. There are a couple things they do pass through. One is a long distance run. Navaho take great pride and joy in running and each one is expected to be able to make a long distance run. Another is the vision quest. Going out into the wilderness to survive alone and seek for wisdom from the spirits. Probably not much of anything now, as there aren't that many traditional Navaho left. My own people, the Hopi, are also losing a lo of tradition as the traditionalists dwindle.
