Natural remedies for a good night sleep

Does anyone know any natural remedies for a good night sleep? I have been having a hard time sleeping for stress-related reasons and just need to find a way to relax.

What comes around, goes around, full circle.  Love your neighbor as you love yourself.  It'll all fall into place.  This too shall pass.  I'm too Blessed to be stressed.

Carli,

I have worked in Pharmacy for over 20 years and Benadryl is the best in helping you sleep.  Benadryl is an anti-histimine but will not harm your body in anyway.  Take 2 about 1/2 hour before you go to sleep and you will sleep peacefully the rest of the night.   Good Luck Hon.      Donna

(First...do no harm)

Hi, Carli~

If you are looking for a safe, drug free remedy to help you sleep that does not have any side effects, the very best product our family has found is "Trauma Life," which is an essential oil blend formulated for the purpose of helping your body relax and drift off to sleep naturally.

It never fails me, regardless of the amount of stress that I have taken on during the day.

A drop or two applied over your heart and on the bottom of each foot at bedtime, works almost instantly to begin to relax and put you in "the zone".  It is even safe for children...however, I usually dilute it in a little olive oil or veggie oil for them.

You can find more information about this product and order at: http://KayAndTinaGraves.younglivingworld.com .

Sometimes just a warm glass of milk can do the trick.

The best trick that I can suggest and which always works for me is taking a nice hot shower and then having a glass of warm milk before going to bed.

" Stay healthy and beautiful"

A spa and massage at cheap spa days will also help you have a good body condition prior to sleep, it also refreshes your mind and body as to giving you relaxation. this is also a known natural remedy to have a good nigh sleep.
