Natural Remedies

What are some natural alternative treatments for anxiety and detachment? (diet, vitamins, relaxation, etc.) Is poor nutrition contributing to this?

Natural health = good health naturally.

Usually anxiety effects blood type A's.  Good natural remedies would include your B complex vitamins.  Kava Kava is a good herbal choice.  Calming exercises like yoga or tai chi are good choices.  Nutrition always plays a part in health issues.  Detachment issues usually respond well to Bach Flower remedies.  There are books to help you choose your remedies or a good natural health professional should be able to help.
