She was a beautiful woman, obviously loved by her family and friends.  Accidents happen and some end tragically. Do they need to change laws because of it, no.  But what could be done is something like what an old patient that I cared for in the middle of Nebraska who had an accident and would have died except for the well trained volunteers.  He purchased a then state of the art ambulance for them so that they could continue to help others as he had been helped.
