Are Natasha Alam's breasts real?
I don't know. They seem not really connected, but the raised right breast when she raises her arm seems to move with her (more siliconized breasts would stay more even).

They look quite... firm, don't they? At least the one closer to the camera doesn't look very natural. I don't think they are real.
