Your dog is telling you that she sick or needs shots but it could also be just behavior problemsyou do have a new pet besides her in the house? Try some science diet food.

Has she been fixed? Sometimes female dogs that have been fixed tend to loose control of their bladder. Also, if you have recently introduced a new dog to the home or if you had another dog in the home recently, she may be marking her territory.

There is a chance she could have a urinary tract infection. If this is something that you are worrying about, I would have her checked out by your vet. It's better to be safe than sorry. I hope that all is ok. Please keep me updated.

She "has no health problems that you know of". Have you brought in a urine sample and had her checked for a urinary tract infection? Have you done blood work? I would think a sudden change like that would point to a health problem I would rule out everything first. If it turns out to be just a behavior, I would have her sleep in a crate at night. Have there been any new animals or changes in your household?

Does your dog normally ask to go out? If so and she is not asking, it's behavioral.

If not(you take her out on a schedule without her asking), it indicates a health issue or not enough time outside as she needs for the last trip out.

The sudden change can be increased water intake with the warm weather, meaning she might need more time outside to fully empty her bladder.

Watch her water intake and take her to a vet to be sure.
