I heard this morning that Napoleon the 7th, a descendant of Napoleon Bonaparte, is running for the French parliament. Does he have anything to offer except his name?
He holds a doctorate in Economics from the Sorbonne and he has a background of an economic professional by working as a banker, financial planner, and real estate developer
