Name of new tv series

I watched a new tv series last Friday in AZ. It was very noir. One of the main guys is a real loose cannon! The homicide detective's last name is Sweeney. It was a local station; I think, CBS...

I thought Dover was in the title but I could be wrong. Later I saw one of the scenes and it said on Dish that it would be on 217 or 215.... Thanks!

DURHAM COUNTY. It has bounced from channel to channel. It is currently showing on ION-TV (Dish Chs. 216 & 217), which has a distribution deal with CBS.
