I would like to know the name of this movie? I saw this movie Between 1945 and 1950 It was B&W. It was about a police detective hunting a killer he used witness descriptions to create a mannequin which he kept in a chair in his office. He came back to his office late one night to do some work and the camera panned around the office to the chair where the mannequin was and low and behold the mannequin eyes moved. It was the killer in the chair but the detective didnt know it.
