Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

Please please please STOP YOU EXCESICE and get a professional advice.  It is defanately not normal.  Your doctor will have to find out what is the source / reason for the bleeding.  After finding out he'll advise you what to do (Which kind of excersice, how long, how frequent, etc).
Wish you that at the end you'll look exactly as you desire.
Have a nice weekend.

I think that you should be really careful with bleeding and with new things starting to happen that have never happened before.  If I were you, I would get checked out by a doctor, just to make sure that there is no problem.  It doesn't hurt to be safe.  In the mean time, I would DEFINITELY recommend stopping the exercise... you shouldn't play with your body.  I wish you luck and health.
