What is the longest ban an NFL player was ever in?
No matter what people tell you, words and ideas can change the world.
The longest ban for on-field behavior was handed out to Albert Haynesworth in 2006 for stomping on the head of his teammate Andre Gurode. He received a 5 game suspension without pay. Gurode received 30 stitches to his head and face.
