I think you have to know someone or be working for a company that works with NASCAR.

I agree with vinnyman. I think that first you have to either have a contact  within NASCAR or know someone who does. Maybe do a little research and find out who some of the newer prospective drivers are, especially in the levels below NASCAR. Then contact them and try to get in with them. I think it's easier to work your way up to NASCAR with a driver that is just up and coming than to get straight in there. Good luck though and I hope that it all works out for you.

Well, I know of one young man who came down to Mooresville and just went from race shop to race shop and handed out resumes.  He was a mechanic/fabricator and he landed a job on a Cup Team.
