Be a blessing to others

from being on the rescue squad and volunteering in the hospital years ago, I can tell you that the bowels release very soon after biological death; have heard of it happening right before death, but the source of that is not verified.

It's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

Cool

I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that it was immediately.

They don't always, but if they are going to (in my experience) it happens right away, as soon as the sphincter relaxes.  I work in healthcare, by the way.

It seems to be a consenses among people who have either seen it. or work in healthcare that the bowels empty immediately upon death. This is really helpful for me to know as it has direct bearing on an aspect of a real case that happened in 1934.

thank all of yo uwho responded. This was my first experience with Yedda. I will use it often, and hope I can sometime be of help to someone else!
