Mysterious J drive

I had file J:/bootex.log appear in my recent folder. When trying to access it, I do not have a J: drive. Is this a virus or keytracker?

If you dont currently have a J drive, that doesn't mean you didn't before

Flash USB drives / hard drives take on a new letter once connected

a device may have been connected in one of your usb ports , and could have contained this file, which was then opened on your computer, to leave a shortcut in your recent documents folder
