Well I have been doin alot of push ups because I wanted stronger arms but, my chest got bigger. I can make them jump a little. I don't want them big. How can i decrease the size. i just want a flat strong chest! HELP!
Hi, Push ups are a very good way to increase stamina without getting too bulky. The fact that your chest got bigger is due to muscle fibers becoming thicker and thus stronger. I assume you claim for a big bulky chest because it seems disproportional to the rest of your body. my advice is to do some other body resistant exercises like pull ups or dips which will give proportions back.
