Muscle weakness and pain, tingling sensation in feet/ankles, constant fatigue.

Recently, I became very weak(all over), with achy muscles and twitches all over my body. I was worried about ALS, but this was very sudden. One day I was fine, then these symptoms developed overnight. (If it's important at all, I'm a 19 y/o male.)

I began taking vitamin supplements, potassium, etc. The twitching has nearly stopped(mostly accurs in my right eye, and legs rarely now.) and I feel quite a bit less weak than at first.

I'm still concerned though, it has been a few weeks now, and I'm not back to my old self. Still weak, muscles hurt when I do normal activities. I also always feel tired, even with enough sleep(I think.). I have trouble falling asleep though, I get a very annoying tingleing sensation in my feet and ankles when I'm laying down to sleep. What could this be? I've looked at online medical sites, and it seems like it could be a lot of things.

Any help and info you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

You are right that it could be many things. I suggest you make an appointment to see a neurologist who will be able to help you find out what this is. I wouldn't neglect this since it may be something that can be solved relatively easily.

Good luck and feel better.
