Universal Studios Home Video has packaged the pilot movie, "The Murder of Sherlock Holmes" along with the 21 episodes from season 1 in a 3 disc set. Each disc comes in an Amaray case, and all three cases are enclosed in a slipcase that resembles a leather book. The Set is available through Amazon.com for which I have attached a link for you

I don't know about the movie pilot. If you're talking about the series pilot from 1984, I have to say I didn't see it on DVD either.

The movie was called The Murder of Sherlock Holmes.  It was the series first episode and is available along with Season 1 on DVD.  It is also available on video.
