Msn messenger worm / virus - pic.pif , imp.exe

I think I have a worm / virus on my computer. what should I do?

I my msn messenger was on and I saw a link from a friend of mine to his pictures.

I opened it and it downloaded 2 files - imp.exe and pic.pif, it didn't open anything, but then I saw the same message from another friend. I understood that it's a worm, how can I remove it?

I think I found the solution.

1. you need to delete th exe file by hand

2. download aimfix from this website

3. run the software and it will delete the pif file also (run it twice- just in case)

4. restart your computer
