If you need to copy over mail received and/or your address book from another account to your AOL account, try AOL Easy Transfer.
my old e.mail addr. was franzhae please transfer all the mail to my new e.mail addr. franzhaeusser@aol.com
Actually, you'll need to do this yourself as you'll be required to provide your password for each account.

Where do I find webmail to get into settings?
I have tried to use AOL Easy Transfer to transfer my old e-mail from my Verizon account but for some reason it does not work. Here is the message I get: "Oops! We're having difficulty verifying your current VerizonYahoo e-mail address. Please double check your e-mail address below to make sure it's accurate and re-enter your password." Does Easy Transfer not work with Verizon?

AOL Easy Transfer should work with a Verizon Yahoo e-mail address. We can try and look into it further if you send an email to websuiteblog@aol.com and report the issue. In your email, please provide your Verizon Yahoo email address. However, don't provide the password, as we don't need that.
