Evidently, Yaya didn't look very hard at the eBay listing; it's for a movie poster.
It doesn't seem that 1941's Million Dollar Baby has ever been commercially released on Home Video. The link given by bonestructure above does offer a DVD-R version, but I can't vouch as to the quality.
I was going to suggest that you record it next time it is on TCM, but it isn't on their schedule anytime soon. Sorry!
