In what movie does the villain have his arm enclosed in a glass tube? Its almost like a big test tube... I can't remember!
Its either Terminator or Jugde Dredd. They both have that in those movies. The villian in Judge Dredd is giving his dna to make clones of himself to populate the police force in that movie because the villian (Rico) was killing them all with an abc robot made for war. In the terminator the Terminator arm is in a glass tube that the scientists have.
